The Honours BBA (Human Resources Management) program gives students the job-ready skills they need to build a rewarding HR career. This human resources degree is built on a solid foundation of general business skills, enabling students to understand the priorities and goals of an entire organization.


The Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program features an innovative experiential learning model that prepares students for the workplace. Rather than being asked to memorize content in a large lecture hall, students will get to know their professors and peers through interaction and collaboration. Students will actively apply their knowledge and solve business problems that simulate the real world.

Top employability skills now include critical thinking, collaboration across networks and leading by influence, communication and entrepreneurship. This Honours BBA programs help students build these leadership capabilities and more. Equipped with workplace-relevant courses and the essential job skills employers want, students have the opportunity to excel in today's workplace.

Students have the opportunity to complement their Human Resources Management degree with a unique certificate that demonstrates their ability to think creatively! In addition to core BBA courses, students will have the opportunity to take electives that will enable them to earn a Sheridan Board Undergraduate Certificate in Creativity and Creative Problem Solving. Courses in the certificate include:

  • Group Dynamics and Creative Problem Solving Facilitation
