1-Semester Pathway - University Foundation in Business and Management - Continue to Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Business and Management

Students can enter at Year 0 (University Foundation) and are guaranteed progression to the first year of their chosen degree, providing that they meet the progression criteria. Year 0 takes place in ICP using dedicated lecturers and benefits from small class sizes.

Stand out in the job market with the University of Portsmouth BA (Hons) Business and Management degree that focuses on enterprise, ethical management, sustainability and global business. This course takes an entrepreneurial approach to big business ideas. Students will learn by engaging with local small businesses and creating and testing ideas and theories in group work. If students take a placement year they can then apply these skills in the sector they're most interested in, whether that's a start-up, or a large, global business such as Rolls Royce or IBM.

This degree keeps students' options open. They'll get a strong foundation in all the key business areas of management, marketing, accounting, operations and leadership. If students want, they'll have the chance to specialize as they progress through the course.
