1-Term International Incorporated Masters (IIM) - Continue to Master of Science - Pharmaceutical Technology and Medicines Control

Master's Degree

Program Summary

The Pre-Masters program is offered over one or two terms and is designed for students who do not qualify for direct entry to the masters programs at the university. This may be due to the grades achieved in their bachelor’s degree, their current qualifications not being equivalent to a UK bachelor degree, or having a different background.

Upon successful completion of the Pre-Masters program, students will continue onto their chosen postgraduate degree course at the University of Bradford.

Pharmaceutical Technology and Medicines Control program is unique as it combines the study of pharmaceutical technology, including pharmaceutical sciences, and medicines control.

It has been designed to provide students with advanced theoretical knowledge of sciences related to disciplines in pharmaceutical sciences, and equip them with the skills needed for laboratory work in this area.

These disciplines include the development of pharmaceutical formulation, with a particular emphasis on the technology used in the pharmaceutical process and the development and production of medicines. This focus leads to an emphasis on the processes and procedures for clinical trials that are necessary for licensing and regulation.
