1-Term International Incorporated Masters (IIM) - Continue to Master of Science - Skin Science and Stem Cell Biology

The Pre-Masters program is offered over one or two terms and is designed for students who do not qualify for direct entry to the masters programs at the university. This may be due to the grades achieved in their bachelor’s degree, their current qualifications not being equivalent to a United Kingdom bachelor degree, or having a different background.

Upon successful completion of the Pre-Masters program, students will continue on to their chosen postgraduate degree course at the University of Bradford.

Skin Science and Stem Cell Biology involves studying the molecular and cellular mechanisms involved in tissue regeneration, with the ultimate goal of treating human disease by producing replacement cells, tissues, and organs. This field of tissue engineering, although still relatively new, is rapidly growing in importance, as evidenced by the 2012 Nobel Prize in Medicine being awarded for research in this area.
