Master's Degree

Program Summary

The Pre-Masters program is offered over one or two terms and is designed for students who do not qualify for direct entry to the university’s master’s programs. This may be due to their grades in their bachelor’s degree, their qualifications not being equivalent to a United Kingdom bachelor’s degree, or having a different background.

Upon successful completion of the Pre-Masters program, students will progress to their chosen postgraduate degree course at the University of Bradford.

The Master’s program explores advanced concepts in psychology related to health and wellbeing. It is suitable for individuals who have completed an undergraduate psychology program or have a degree in a related field.

The program includes a variety of modules covering topics such as clinical psychology theory and applications, neuropsychology, health psychology, and cognitive neuroscience. Students will benefit from the expertise of faculty members with extensive research experience and have the opportunity to engage in research within the Division of Psychology at the University of Bradford. Additionally, students may participate in work experience in relevant health, person-centered, or research-related areas.
