Master's Degree

Program Summary

De Montfort University International College (DMUIC) offers a postgraduate pathway. The Pre-Master's is the first stage of the International Incorporated Masters (IIM) and is delivered at DMUIC.

The IIM is helpful for students who want extra support during their postgraduate studies. Throughout the IIM, students will be given support with their English language training and taught academic skills to bring them to postgraduate success. In addition to project work and tests, students will be given feedback in person and in writing so that they know how they are doing, and how to improve.

Master of Arts - International Relations

On this course students will develop an advanced understanding of key global issues such as globalisation, international political economy, security, health and the role of states and non-state organisations.

There is wide diversity in the range of study, from international relations theory to regional integration. It will provide students with an advanced level of understanding of the modern world, including the way in which states, regions and international organisations interact.
