The architecture program blends creative exploration with technical training, giving you a well-rounded education rooted in design, history, and construction. You'll take courses that connect architecture with the arts, sciences, and humanities while gaining hands-on experience in our fabrication workshops. From working with wood and steel to studying sustainable design in UB’s zero-energy GRoW Home, you'll engage with real-world challenges. But the heart of the program is the design studio, where you'll learn by doing—refining your ideas, experimenting with materials, and even building full-scale projects starting in your first year.​
