The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is designed to give students a strong grounding in core business concepts along with deeper insight into modern business practices. Throughout the program, you will study key areas such as strategic management, accounting, finance, marketing, and human resource management. This broad exposure equips you with the knowledge and practical abilities needed to manage organizational resources effectively and work successfully with diverse teams.

In the final year, students can select a specialization that matches their professional interests and career aspirations:
Accounting – Build strong technical expertise in financial reporting, cost and managerial accounting, taxation, auditing, financial management, and accounting technologies. (Please note that this stream is not accredited by the Chartered Professional Accountants. Students seeking CPA accreditation may consider the Honours Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting & Finance program.)
Business Management – Develop essential leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills applicable across various business functions, including sales, marketing, and finance.
Hospitality, Travel & Tourism – Prepare for leadership roles in fast-paced sectors such as hotels, airlines, and restaurants. Gain practical experience in budgeting, operational planning, and service improvement, with access to international work-integrated learning placements through partnerships with leading global organizations such as Walt Disney World® Resort and Marriott.
Human Resources Management – Strengthen your analytical and strategic capabilities in managing people and organizational development. Learn to use key HR technologies, including Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), SAP systems, and data analytics tools.
Marketing – Acquire practical skills to connect corporate strategies with customer needs through market analysis, consumer insights, campaign development, distribution channel management, and promotional strategies.
