Program Description

Throughout this course, students will learn in a personal atmosphere through hands-on experience and from experts with strong links to the health sector, government and community.

They will study processes and structures related to providing services in specialist areas such as childcare, education, welfare, development and learning, family studies and child protection, and learn about ethics in child and family services.

Students will undertake professional practice placements in their second and third year for which they must be available five working days each week.
