Program Summary

Students in all Health Sciences programs can apply for a fourth-year Research Practicum that extends throughout their final year of studies. Working under the direction of a research tutor, both university- and community-based, they receive a practical experience that exemplifies the collaborative research process while providing them with a valued opportunity to apply their knowledge in a research setting.

Graduates in Human Health Science specializations will learn the fundamental areas of science related to human health and disease, including anatomy and physiology, pathophysiology, microbiology and neurophysiology.
