The hospitality and tourism industry is expected to grow in the future. As it grows, there will be a need for more skilled and qualified workers to meet the demands of the industry. After the major impacts of COVID-19, the industry is entering a new phase where businesses must adjust to changes in how people travel. New ideas will emerge to support people’s emotional and mental well-being, as many will look for relaxing and meaningful travel experiences. Once lockdowns end, people are most likely to spend money on eating out and travelling. Domestic travel will become more popular, although people may still be careful when planning trips. At MAHSA University, students will gain hands-on experience using real industry-standard facilities. These include training restaurants, kitchen labs, beverage and housekeeping suites, and front office labs. These practical sessions will help students build strong hospitality skills.
