Program Summary
Students can start on their path to becoming a math teacher. There’s no better place to hone their skills than the University of Waterloo, where students will gain eight months of paid teaching experience before applying to a Bachelor of Education program.
During their academic terms, students can take a wide variety of math courses or choose to focus their studies in a particular area of math. Students can add a second teachable subject from the University of Waterloo's faculties of Science or Arts.
With their Math/Teaching degree, Students can earning their Bachelor of Education takes four school terms. It is depending on the faculty of education students attend. students could start teaching in September of the year following their graduation from the University of Waterloo.
