If your psychology degree has sparked an interest in exploring a topic further, this additional year allows you to dive deeper through a research project and supplementary units.

You’ll complete coursework that strengthens your understanding of statistics and the ethical considerations in psychology research and practice. Additionally, you’ll undertake a supervised research project where you’ll refine your discipline-specific and general research skills. This includes writing a research proposal, collecting and analyzing data, presenting your findings, and completing a thesis at the end of the course.

  The Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Monash University Malaysia is a one-year, full-time program designed for students who have completed an accredited psychology major. It offers an in-depth exploration of psychological research, preparing graduates for advanced study or professional practice in psychology.
