Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science

Computer Science programme is created to equip students with the expertise required to understand, build, and manage modern computing technologies and digital systems. It focuses on areas such as software creation, computing frameworks, databases, and internet-based applications that play an essential role in today’s technology-driven world. The course structure follows the academic standards established by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) together with internationally recognised computing guidelines developed by ACM and the IEEE Computer Society, ensuring high-quality and industry-relevant education.

Students enrolled in the programme are introduced to both the theoretical and practical aspects of computer science. They gain knowledge in programming methodologies, computational theories, algorithm design, and system development while learning how to apply these concepts to real-life technological challenges.
