Nursing skills are in high demand. Students will help improve the lives of individuals, families and entire populations, changing the lives of people in all corners of the world. MUN offer students both real and simulated client care experiences in a variety of care areas.
The number of clinical experience hours our students complete throughout the program is among the highest in the country Western Regional School of Nursing has graduated more than 2000 nurses since its first graduating class of 1971. As the role of nurses has evolved so too has the program that the school offers in partnership with Grenfell Campus. The Western Regional School of Nursing (WRSON) has received three seven-year gold accreditations from the Canadian Association of Schools of Nursing.
