Social Work is both the art and the science of providing services designed to assist people individually and in relationship to their environment. It is a growing and challenging profession committed to the improvement of the quality of life for individuals, families, communities and society.

Students will have lots of opportunities for hands-on learning including placements in year 4, joining clubs, and volunteering in the community.

Become an effective advocate with this program that combines social work and disability studies: the only joint Social Work and Disability Studies program in North America with the ability to graduate with BSW . Students will get lots of hands-on experience in the field and have the opportunity to join clubs. This is a program where students can learn to make a difference in the world.
