Covering a wide range of advanced areas in information and network security, the course equips you with both the academic foundation and industry-ready skills to thrive in your career.

Accredited by the British Computer Society (BCS), the Chartered Institute for IT, the program also offers you the opportunity to achieve Chartered IT Professional (CITP) status upon graduation. You will study in a modern, purpose-built STEM building with access to industry-standard laboratories and facilities, including the high-tech Cisco Networking Academy, a specialised cybersecurity laboratory, and a newly developed immersive Security Operations Centre. Alongside these, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies such as MATLAB simulation software, virtualised environments, and Hak5 hardware for penetration testing, ensuring you gain hands-on experience with the same tools and systems used in industry.​
