Program Summary

UTP Stage II: Business is equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate business degree from the Asper School of Business. Internationally-accredited and over 80 years old, the Asper School of Business provides graduates with the practical experience, leadership skills and networking opportunities needed to succeed, innovate, and contribute to society.

For students who meet the mixed entry English language requirements and the relevant academic requirements, they will commence UTP Stage II with the addition of one academic English course to be taken during the first term of study. 

The UTP Stage II programs are the equivalent to the first year of the University's Bachelor's Degree. Upon successful completion of UTPII, students transfer into the second year of their degree at the University of Manitoba, to continue with their Bachelor of Commerce program in one of the following areas of study:
