Program Summary

The Welding Techniques Program provides graduates with comprehensive theoretical knowledge and extensive practical hands-on skills to find employment in a variety of industries and trades.

Program Highlights:

  • Graduates will be proficient in Arc and MIG welding to be hired as entry-level welders in a variety of industries and trades.
  • Graduates have the option to pay for and attempt the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) certifications. St. Clair College is a certified CWB training and testing centre.
  • Welding continues to be in demand locally, provincially and nationally. Companies regularly seek St. Clair College grads.
