Sheridan College's Computer Systems Technician – Information Technology Infrastructure and Services diploma program emphasizes hands-on IT learning via labs, simulators and projects. As a balanced offering, part of the program covers "soft skills" such as customer support, team-based work, leadership, entrepreneurship and communication. Information Technology Infrastructure and Services professionals play a critical role in today's technology-driven economy, helping end users work effectively with complex hardware, software, networks and websites using sophisticated tools and applications. Paid co-op work placements provide valuable IT support experience and professional contacts, while offsetting educational costs.
