The Investigation - Public and Private diploma program hones each students' skills in analysis, communication, information gathering, interviewing, issue identification, researching and problem solving. They will learn to use technology to present their investigative findings, and students will be introduced to key professional skills and industry best practices.

- Apply conflict resolution, and crisis intervention and prevention strategies adhering to legal guidelines and industry requirements.
- Communicate professionally and effectively, with stakeholders using various modes of technologies commonly used in the industry.
- Acquire, synthesize, and report information from a variety of sources (including open, human, technical and surveillance by using current and relevant investigative techniques.
- Use industry specific software to augment case research, documentation, analysis and client presentation.
