Data Analytics (B.S.)-STEM

The Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics at Long Island University’s Brooklyn campus is designed to prepare students to work confidently with data in real-world environments. The program builds strong skills in programming, statistics, data management, and analytical techniques, allowing students to learn how to collect, interpret, and transform data into meaningful insights. Throughout the degree, students take courses in areas such as Python and R programming, data visualization, database systems, machine learning, and advanced statistical methods. They also complete general education subjects to develop communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. The program offers several elective options, enabling students to tailor their learning toward fields such as finance, business intelligence, or technology.
