Program Summary

The University of Newcastle College of International Education Foundation Studies Program can be completed in either 9 or 12 months and is designed to prepare students for university study, both academically and socially. It provides access to over a hundred undergraduate degrees offered by the University of Newcastle. This program will also help to increase each student's English and academic skills, making sure they are undergraduate study ready.

During the program students will be able to fine-tune their academic writing, enhancing their writing style, syntax and cohesiveness; participate in group discussions during presentations, with both presenting and answering/asking questions; practice analysing the academic reading material and critical thinking; delve into research and understand academic referencing.
