Global Achievement Academy 2 University Integration - Bachelor of Science - Business Administration - Management

Global Achievement Academy 2 – University Integration at University of Central Florida (UCF) is a two-semester program that:

• Helps international students transition academically and culturally.
• Prepares students for academic success in U.S. higher learning.
• Provides a firsthand understanding of life on the UCF campus.
• Earns students a minimum of 21 credits in their program.
• Offers additional academic tutoring and English-language support.

The Department of Management offers a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Management concentration. The undergraduate degree program curriculum is designed to prepare students for leadership and entrepreneurial positions in the modern economy. Courses in major, as well as various co-curricular learning opportunities, will encourage students to develop competencies in:

• Leadership and motivation
• Strategic and critical thinking
• Creativity and innovation
• Ethical decision-making
• Collaboration and teamwork
• Negotiation and conflict management
• Persuasive written and oral communication skills

Management faculty conduct research on a variety of topics, such as business ethics, entrepreneurship, strategic management, human resource management, leadership and organizational behavior. Many of the award-winning faculty serve on the editorial boards of top academic journals, as consultants to private and non-profit organizations and as leaders in the Central Florida community.

Upon graduation, students majoring in management should possess strong quantitative skills, enjoy problem solving, and embrace working with people.
