Pharmacists play a crucial role in safely dispensing medications, monitoring patients’ wellbeing and safety, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient care. They assist individuals in understanding their medications, managing chronic conditions, preventing drug interactions, and promoting overall health.
