Program Summary

The Applied Bioinformatics and Genomics program is to provide individuals with a platform to explore, analyze, and interpret contemporary biological data. This program offers Masters level instruction in Bioinformatics with a specific focus on genomic bioinformatics. Students will develop key skills for analyzing omics data, including genomics data from next-generation sequencing technologies. Additionally, they will also acquire skills in emerging omics areas such as metabolomics and proteomics.
