Master of Science - Construction Project Management

Master's Degree

Program Summary

Loughborough University has been teaching construction at postgraduate level longer than any other university in the United Kingdom. The Construction Project Management Master of Science programme delivers core technical project management expertise while providing a holistic perspective of the construction project processes and the challenge of project management in complex building and infrastructure projects.

Competency in project management has become a crucial skill set of all construction professionals and executives, with many construction project managers functioning in a strategic and coordinating role in the delivery of the client’s physical development and investment programme. This program is designed to further develop these competencies and advance students' career within the construction industry.

The School of Architecture, Building and Civil Engineering is one of four Royal Academy of Engineering Centres of Excellence in Sustainable Building Design, and one of the most highly funded built environment groups by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC).
