Entrepreneurship and innovation management are essential for growth strategies in a world faced by technological disruption. This programme will prepare students for these challenges and opportunities– whether their future career is in a large organization, an emerging-growth company or as part of a start-up.
The MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management combine an academic foundation with practical experience to reinforce students' skills. This may include a digital marketing Corporate Challenge with SMEs or market research project working with start-ups based in SETsquared Partnership - Surrey, typically ranked one of the top university business incubator worldwide by UBI Global.
Students can also tailor their learning through a choice of optional modules and final project, while benefitting from mentoring expertise to help them fulfil their career aspirations. The final project may be either a business plan based on their own business idea, or a consulting project developed with a corporate stakeholder.
This Master's programme is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). During their studies, students will gain skills in entrepreneurship theory, innovation management, product-market research based on lean start-up, business modelling and scaling, business planning skills and digital marketing and social media.
