MSc Healthcare Leadership

The MSc in Healthcare Leadership examines the subject through both hands-on experience and research-driven insights. With healthcare constantly evolving, effective leadership plays a key role in delivering safe and high-quality patient care. This program provides both national and international viewpoints on healthcare systems, grounded in the latest research and real-world practices. This course offers modules that help students grow as leaders, navigate change, and encourage innovation and problem-solving. It also covers global healthcare policies and focuses on improving quality and safety in care. Learning is enriched through interaction with peers from diverse healthcare systems. In the final Capstone project, students investigate a leadership topic of their choice, assess evidence, and reflect on their personal development throughout the course.
