Program Description

The Post-Degree Diploma in Hospitality Management prepares students for leadership roles in operations and marketing within hotels, restaurants and event planning. The curriculum focuses on sustainability, event management, revenue management and strategic planning, and includes a work experience component.

Customized Two-Year Post-Degree Programs: If students want to complete two years of study and diversify their learning and experience, Douglas College offers post-degree programs consisting of two, one-year post-degree diplomas. Students apply for both programs at the same time. Students graduate with two credentials and a solid combination of experience and skills. Completion of two different one-year Post-Degree Diploma programs will also allow graduates to apply for a two-year Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP).
