Why Bishop's University

Students choose us because they want to challenge themselves: To learn. To be bold. To speak up and be heard. To become a leader. To make a difference. Is this you? If so, you’re in the right place.

Choosing to study at Bishop’s means you are seeking an educational experience that will be unique, exceptional, and transformational. You will change a lot during your time here – in a good way. You’ll find that BU is a bit like an introduction to yourself, a chance to see what you’re made of.

Students will hit the books, and the material will challenge them – to think critically and creatively. Professors and fellow students will challenge each other – to further the boundaries of their knowledge and pursue excellence. And, perhaps most importantly, students will challenge themselves – to risk failure, to discover perseverance, to choose their own paths, and to make a difference in this world.

Note: All students require a CAQ for their VISA application after obtaining their acceptance letter.
