About

Teesside University International Study Centre offers pathway programmes to help students prepare for life at Teesside University. When students finish studying their programme at the International Study Centre, they will feel prepared to make the most of their time at Teesside University.

Pathway programmes at Teesside University International Study Centre are delivered by Study Group, a global leader in preparing international students for academic success. By studying with them, students will develop the key academic skills and English language requirements to achieve their goals within the UK education system. What’s more, students will develop these skills within a small, friendly, supportive community of other international students, so that they will feel at home at Teesside University from day one.

Once students progress to their degree at the University, they will benefit from programmes that prepare them for the competitive graduate market through offering opportunities to participate in the workplace before they’ve even finished their degree. Students can choose to join an embedded work placement as part of their degree at Teesside, and many of these courses offer access to simulated real-life work environments.

There are also a number of scholarships available if students exceed their progression grades, ensuring that progressing onto their degree remains affordable.
