Accommodations
Students need to plan their accommodations well in advance of their arrival as all accommodation options fill up quickly, well before the start of the semester.
TAMU-CC is committed to helping Islanders be successful in college! Because of this, first-year students are required to live on campus for at least two semesters on the Island at Miramar.
Students who are graduate program enrollees and/or individuals aged 25 and above can reside in Momentum Village Building 9, featuring 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartments. This intimate community creates a mature and focused environment within the living space.
Off-Campus Accommodations
The university does not manage or support any off-campus apartments. Several local apartment companies target college students, but they are not affiliated in any way with TAMU-CC. Texas A&M's two exclusive Islander Housing properties are Miramar on the Island Campus and Momentum Village on the Momentum Campus.
