Program Summary

The MA in Leadership degrees are offered with two foundational curriculum themes – Transformational Servant Leadership and Values-Based Leadership. The degree program is designed to develop emerging leaders using the Competency Model to become confident and effective servant-leaders for the 21st Century.

TWU’s MA in Leadership, Educational specialization equips professionals with the skills to adapt to the education sector’s growing complexity and changing priorities. Offering a leadership model that emphasizes people and teamwork, this program will equip students with the skills they need to make a tangible difference in the lives of learners and fellow educators.


Completion of MA Lead for Education does not confer a teaching certificate.
